Experience: Trained at Edinburgh College of Art/Heriot Watt University practising since 1988. Project Architect with Trehearne & Norman in London and Prague, working on large scale retail and commercial projects. Joined NGP in 1994, became Partner in 2000.
Hobbies: Monk of St Giles, member of Lothian and Borders Police Choir and Golf

Favourite Project: Queen Street – bringing new life to Georgian houses, whilst also respecting the rich history of these buildings.

Favourite Project: Oak Lane – This was one of my first projects and is a gorgeous conversion of an old mill house.

Favourite Project: Victoria Cottage – This was my first design project in Scotland and so it holds a special place for me.

Favourite Project: One Spa Sheraton – This commercial project combined modern and creative design with functional spaces and was a great project to be involved in.
