Feasibility Studies

Our feasibility studies are always tailored to meet a client’s needs.  They can range from a relatively simple assessment to a complex review of different sites and potential uses.  In all cases the project is appraised, options are identified in discussion with the client and outline schemes are developed, costed and reviewed with the client body and other interested parties.  A preferred option is selected, and promotional illustrations are produced together with valuations, lists of possible funding sources and a clear summary of conclusions.  At NGP Architecture we recognise that the study is a means to an end, and we aim to produce a document that is a useful tool to our clients, one to guide them through the next stages of their project.

Measured & Fabric Surveys

Measuring buildings may seem a simple task, but making sure the right information is recorded on the first attempt is harder than it appears. At NGP Architecture we are experienced in surveying buildings to collect information on room sizes, wall thickness, spaces between floors and existing furnishings. A survey can assist in the design stage and will give our architects an informed starting point for realising a client’s needs.

Site & Building Development Appraisals

A development appraisal can be essential to assess the value of any piece of land, site or building which has development potential. It is the essential tool for working out how profitable an opportunity is and whilst most residential works are aimed at improving the quality of life for existing residents, it is always reassuring to know that the money being spent will add real value to your property too.
